Mark Westbrook

After university, Mark trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, and the Atlantic Theater Company’s Acting School in New York City. He has taught acting at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Coventry University, University of Ulster, Glasgow University, Central School of Speech and Drama, ISDA, and the Royal Northern College of Music. His past clients are in Hollywood movies, Netflix TV shows and Broadway musicals.  Mark created Public Speaking Coach Scotland in 2018 and has quickly become the go-to Speaking Trainer for Senior Management in the beverage, software, aviation and space industries. Mark holds a Bronze Coaching qualification from Performance Consultants International (the originators of coaching in the UK) – and is working towards ACC status with the International Coaching Federation. He holds two postgraduate teaching qualifications, specialising in the education of adults. Mark is currently writing a book ‘When Leaders Speak’ with former Reuters journalist and comms expert Kate Dion.
